Useful phrases

Replying to letters of enquiry

1. First of all mention the name of the customer you are dealing with, the date of his letter and thank him.

2. Let the customer know about the products available.

3. Encourage your prospective customer to do business with you.

4. Mention the selling points of your product.

5. Suggest any alternatives if possible.
