In pairs, role-play the following situation. A patient complains to his psychologist about being under constant pressure and feeling depressed. The psychologist advises the patient on the possible ways of fighting stress.

Develop one more original technique for stress-busting. (It must be safe and legal!)

2. You are a psychologist. Deliver a speech at a conference on methods of fighting with stress.
