Jamesport, August, 15. The police reported that yesterday at about 4 o’clock in the afternoon Bobby Lane, age 12, was struck by a car near the intersection of Poplar and Chestnut streets. It had been a long hard day for Frank. He’d begun work early at 6 a.m. and had worked steadily all day for nearly 12 hours without stopping except for ten minutes to eat a sandwich.
