NOTICE
On registration of the Community of Indigenous People of Russia, Moscow region, the UN

June 21 2011. will of the indigenous people of Russia established Indigenous communities in the Moscow region of Russia.

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE, whose members are representatives of 46 countries in Europe) in January 2006. adopted a resolution which condemned the massive human rights violations committed by totalitarian communist regimes.

As noted in the resolution: "The people of the former Soviet Union suffered the most from these crimes."

As a result of the coup of 1993. committed against the will of the Indigenous People of Russia, expressed in the referendum 1991. in the Soviet Union emerged 15 illegal structures, which deprived the indigenous peoples of Russia Soviet citizenship, introduced the customs border, illegal searches, depriving the Indigenous People of Russia the right to move freely within its territory. Persons who have retained the nationality of the Soviet Union deprived of all rights: voting, employment, pension, health, civic, educational, and freedom of movement, right to legal protection and other rights.

In order to restore the legitimate rights of indigenous people of Russia on the implementation of state power, transmitted to them by the will of the Grand Duke Michael in 1917. As well as on the basis of the UN Declaration on "Indigenous People' Rights" was established Indigenous communities in the Moscow region of Russia, which is registered in the Union of Indigenous People of Russia what the certificate is issued.

On behalf of the Council of Indigenous communities in the Moscow region of Russia notifies the United Nations on the establishment of the Community of Indigenous People of Russia and the Moscow region, please take into account the fact that self-determination of Indigenous People of Russia in the future work of the UN in making decisions and signing contracts, affecting indigenous people of Russia.
