  1. Read the supplementary texts "Cromo the Iberian Lynx – His Species' Last Hope?", "Save Endangered Right Whales" and "UN Launches Campaign to Save Last Great Apes in the Wild". Sum up the protective measures taken to save each species (the Iberian lynx, the North Atlantic right whale and endangered primates). Discuss in groups the prospects of each conservation campaign and share your ideas with the rest of the class.
