Aerotechics repair systems

Important factor at organization of repair manufacturing is standard system of repair. System repair of aerotechics is called system of organizational and technological statements and parameters which determine organization and order of performing works of repair of aerotechics and providing results of quality and efficiency predicted in normative documents.

Basic requirements for any system of aerotechics repair are: providing of necessary level of operational reliability, safety of flights, minimal loss of costs and amount of work, maximal durability.

Any system of repair must be based on three items: organization, technology and economy. Repair system on request was called due to need of repair of details, links and aggregates of aircraft after appearing of unpredictable troubles or denies. It is used for separate aggregates which don’t influence on flying safety of aircraft and is called repair system after failure.

Planned-warning repair system is called in such a way because all parameters (periods, sequence and amount of works during repair) are done by previously developed plan, standards, technical and managing documentation. Applying of such system is connected with the fact that 50-60% of aggregates of aircraft systems while getting on repair don’t need it according to its condition.

Planned-warning repair system is often replaced by working hour’s system. Such type of repair reduces time of parking of aircraft at repair time in 1.2-2 times.

Aerotechics are repaired by such type as actual technical condition type. Applying repair by this type is effective way for reducing amount of works concerning with operation and repair of aerotechics. Complexity is reduced for 25-30%, required amount of details of the fund is reduced in twice.

Reducing of complexity is reached basically by applying such activities:

· Transferring of most links and aggregates of aircraft for operation by safety level;

· Wide application of systems of selective reviews and inspections of aircrafts without dissassambling using non-destructive methods of control;

· Reduction of amount of assembling-disassembling due to reduction of number of aggregates replacing;

· Creation of reliable system of documentation and analysis of information concerning technical condition of equipment.

Using maintenance and repair system of aerotechics by actual condition type is concerned with solving complications, because it requires significant time for realization next problems of controllability of systems:

· Introduction of mounted systems of automatic control into construction;

· Providing possibility of installing necessary number of indicators for measuring controlled parameters;

· Providing suitable entries for controlled objects;

· Reducing number of controlled objects;

· Applying modulus constructions;

· Development of constructions which are valid for using non-destructive methods of control in order to estimate technical condition of details and links.
