In accordance with the curriculum by discipline «Finances» the students fulfil a course creation. Fulfilment of a course creation is the important stage of educational process and one of the effective methods of preparation for skilled specialists.

The aim of a course creation is to extend knowledge by studying such course, favor independently expand horizon and to expose knowledge of theory and organization of state finance, budget systems and separate questions of fiscal policy.

Lay claim to a course creation:

1. Theoretical questions of course creation is necessary link with the practice at the given period of developing marketable economy using with that the given statistical collection, report materials of executive subjects, financial bodies and institutions.

2. An account results and knowledge of work turned out must be competent and logical order.

- choice of theme from the recommended by the department;

3. The works of scientist- economist and specialists with the surname pointed out, initials of authors, the name of the work, the publishing house, year and the place of the publishing house, number of the pages.

4. Periodical press.

5. Total volume of a course creation had not to exceed 25-30 pages.

Working out plans of the work and literary performing of a course creation has comes true by the students themselves. Correctly working out plan of works are in certain degree as the result of understanding the theme by the student and speak about inner relation of stating questions. If it is necessary, may be to take a consultation from the leader.

The theme of the course creation will be chosen by the students from recommended lists of theme.
