EFFECT OF ASSET SPECIFICITY ON INTERCOMPANY AGREEMENTS

INTERNATIONAL RESERVES OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: SHORTAGE SURPLUS?

POLICY OF DEOFFSHORIZATION: INTERMEDIATE RESULTS

The article deals with the objective conditions and the factors that led to the activation policy of deoffshorization in Russia. The main measures first of all of new laws on the controlled foreign companies, and also amnesty of the capitals planned in anti-offshore policy are analyzed. The assessment of possible consequences of similar measures for further development of process of deoffshorization is given. Features of the Russian anti-offshore policy are compared to world trends in this area. The concrete results of deoffshorization which are already shown in economy of Russia are considered.

This article analyzes the most popular approaches to international reserves adequacy measurement. We also consider new indicator of international reserves adequacy estimation, developed by IMF in 2011. The article offers its modification, which accepted special features of the Russian economy related to high export volatility due to dependence on oil prices. We propose our estimations of international reserves adequacy of the Central Bank of Russian Federation.

Abstract. The paper presents an analysis of the stability inter-firm relations with the methodological principles of the theory of transaction costs. Based on the theoretical analysis, the structural characteristics of inter-company agreements are distinguished and dependence of these characteristics on the degree of specificity of the usedresources is justified. Empirical verification of the working hypotheses possible to determine the number of patternscharacterizing the specificity of the organization of inter-firm interactions in modern Russian conditions.
