Многие авторы придерживаются мнения, что расстройства отношений и функциональные сексуальные расстройства — это две стороны одной медали и поэтому их нужно лечить одновременно (Arentewicz & Schmidt, 1980). Однако четкую психофизическую параллель между этими двумя сферами можно провести далеко не всегда, напротив, у некоторых супружеских пар конфликты в большей степени проявляются на вербальном уровне, а у других преимущественно в сексуальной сфере. Поэтому при проведении супружеской терапии необходимо как можно раньше расспросить пациентов об их сексуальных отношениях. При терапии сексуальных расстройств целесообразно также провести анализ несексуальной коммуникации между партнерами (разумеется, если у пациента есть партнер). Мы распределили картины расстройств по трем рубрикам: супружеские отношения, сексуальная сфера и семья.
