Hi, We continue revision of all the grammar we have learnt.

Lesson 3-5

	Past Simplewhen we talk about1) completed action - yesterday, in 1955 2) things in the past in general	# I got up, switched on TV yesterday. # I liked reading when I was 5.
	Used towhenwe talk about habits and long-lasting situations which now are different or finished.	# I used to swim like a champion.
	Present Perfect1) Result (when the past is connected with the present)2) News (when we announce a happening or news)3) with markers: already, just, yet, never, ever, always, all my life (for a long time), so far, recently/lately	# I have finished my test. # I’ve found a new flat! # She’s just arrived.
	Present Perfect Continuous 1) when we talk about the action which began in the Past and has just stopped 2) w w t a t a which began in the past and is still happening now	markers: for /since/ how long? # I’ve been studying English for 2 years. # How long have you been waiting?
	Past Continuous when someone was in the middle of doing something at a certain time and we don’t know if the action was finished or not	# He was cooking yesterday. # They were quarrelling
	Past Perfect when we talk about the past and want to talk about an earlier past for a moment	# When she came he had already eaten.
	Past Perfect Continuous we talk about duration before smth in the past	# When she came I had been writing for 2 hours.
