Current certification provides performance by students during an educational semester obligatory performance of 6 kinds of office-hours, each of which estimates on five-point system. Kinds of ISW, term of delivery and a format of the task are presented in the table:

1. An essay – rather free reasoning’s on the certain theme. The basic purpose - ability is given reason to defend the point of view. As a rule, the structure of an essay assumes introduction, the basic part and the conclusion. In introduction the urgency of a theme, a divergence of opinions concerning a theme, transition to the basic judgment is considered. In the basic part the author puts forward judgments (arguments), definition of the basic concepts used at promotion of judgments; proofs and support – the facts or the examples supporting judgment; consideration of counterarguments, or opposite judgments (it is necessary to show why they are weak, and the statement of the author will hold good) is possible. In summary – one-two offers as the resume. Within the limits of studying a theme 1 the writing of an essay on a theme is stipulated: «Debatable questions of essence of the finance». A format of the task: sheet А4

2. Annotation – comments to clause. Work provides the review of periodicals.

Within the limits of a theme «Financial system RК» (the theme 2) is supposed performance of the given task. It is necessary for you to pick up clauses (if greater, 1; if small a note – 2-3) and them to comment. A theme of the summary: «Problems and tasks of a financial system of Republic Kazakhstan at the present stage». Comments contain substantiations of a choice of given clauses, your judgments (the consent or disagreement with the author of clause). Using clauses, do not forget to specify the author, a source and date. The obligatory requirement to a source – the edition should be official. A format of the task: sheet А4 – on one party the pasted clauses, on the back – your summary (a minimum of 5 offers).

3. Work in small groups. Features of work in small groups (4-6 people) are connected by that it is necessary to distribute precisely duties between members of group in view of personal features of everyone for achievement of the general maximal effect.

The presentation is a brief representation of the big work in the accessible and interesting form. For good presentation it is necessary to pick up a material on a concrete theme, it to process (i.e. to construct a harmonious composition of various sources) and to present in the oral form. For the script of presentation it is necessary to use all possible sources of the information; further on their basis it is necessary to present the script of presentation in writing within the limits of the set format (probably, with application of tables, schemes for the best perception). The End result of work is oral representation.

III task in a semester – presentation on a theme «Influence of patterns of ownership and organizational-legal forms of managing on the organization of the finance». For this purpose it is necessary for you to generate small groups and to distribute duties between its members: one is engaged in gathering of the materials, the second – their processing and a writing of the script, the third – formation of schemes or a distributing material for presentation, two more – directly oral representation and answers to questions.

Format of the task: in writing – the script on А4 not less than 3 pages; orally – no more than 7 minutes. In the script it is necessary to specify sources of the information, and also structure of small group with the distributed duties.

4. The economic analysis of incomes and charges of state budget of RК. On the basis of the figures offered to you it is necessary to analyze structure, content and dynamics of parameters of the budget. You can investigate sources of formation and a direction of an expenditure of budgetary funds, a level of budgetary deficiency/possible directions of research: structure of incomes (relative density of each source), dynamics (comparison with the last period)/. Performance of the task assumes construction of analytical tables, schedules, diagrams. Revealing tendencies correlate them with the general monitoring an economic situation in republic. A format of the task: 2-5 sheet А4

5. Construction of the block diagram and presentation (work in small groups) on a theme «Features of the state and municipal loan in Kazakhstan». On the basis of studying a material on the given theme it is necessary to present brief information in a table graphic kind. Possible directions: kinds of the state securities; the state bodies which are carrying out control supervising activity; the mechanism of issue of the state and municipal securities; directions and mechanisms of use of the borrowed resources; criteria of a rating of credit status of municipal formations; tables with figures about volumes of release and reference state shares papers, dynamics and structure of a public debt, etc. the Format of the task: orally – 7 minutes, in writing – the script on А4 not less than 2 pages. Do not forget to specify authors and a source of the information.

6. The review and annotation on a theme «Actual problems of financial sector of Kazakhstan». Possible directions: the insurance market, features of inflationary processes in Kazakhstan, financial regulation of foreign trade activities, the financial market, pension system, activity of National bank on strengthening monetary system, the status and problems of Agency in regulation and supervision of the financial market, activity of institutes of development in Republic of Kazakhstan before the introduction into WTO, realization of Strategy of industrially-innovative development RК for 2003-2015, questions of interrelation of financial and real sectors of economy, a problem of modernization of the industry in Kazakhstan. Format of the task: in writing not less 2р. А4, orally-3 minutes in work it is necessary to specify sources of the information.
