This educational and methodical complex on discipline "Constitutional Law" is designed in accordance with the requirements of state educational standards of higher education, the Regulation on teaching methods and curriculum. It complies with the work program of discipline, is presented electronically and in printed form.

Constitutional law is a basic academic discipline. The study forms the core competence of the discipline of a lawyer on the application of knowledge, skills and personal qualities for success in the field of constitutional law.

This educational and methodical complex on discipline intended for the organization of academic work on discipline, includes the main theoretical material, divided into modules - logically complete teaching unit and includes a program of courses on relevant topics, themes, practical assignments, tasks, tests and assignments for students' independent work measuring and control materials, electronic version of the lectures by Professor of Constitutional and administrative Law of Law School FEFU Shehovtcov V.A. "Russian Federation Constitutional Law".

The purpose of EMCD is to organize classroom and self-study, training students to pass the final control of the discipline.

Tasks EMCD: to promote the organization of independent work of students to develop the content of the discipline, to determine the parameters of assessment of knowledge, to establish the possibility of self-mastered knowledge and skills by working with pedagogical measuring materials.

Designed for students enrolled in the direction 030900.62 "Jurisprudence".
