Відповідно до ГОСТ 14249-80 (СТ СЭВ 595-77) розрахунок товщини гладкої циліндричної обичайки проводять за формулами.

Визначимо товщину стінки циліндричної обичайки, навантаженої внутрішнім надлишковим тиском:

Рр – розрахунковий тиск в апараті, МПа;

D – внутрішній діаметр апарата, мм;

[s] – допустиме напруження для заданого матеріалу апарата при відповідній температурі t°C, МПа

j - коефіцієнт звареного шва;

Визначимо виконавчу товщину стінки:

s = s + з = 17,8+2=19,8 (мм)

Призначаємо виконавчу товщину стінки відповідно до рекомендацій

s = 20 (мм)

Розрахунок товщини кришки і днища

Розрахунок днищ і кришок виконують за ГОСТ 14249-80 (СТ СЭВ 595-77).

Розрахунок еліптичних кришок і днищ, навантажених надлишковим внутрішнім тиском.

Визначимо товщину стінки кришки і днища:

де R – радіус кривизни днища (R = 0,5D).

Визначимо виконавчу товщину стінки:

s_д = s_r + з= 17,8+2 = 19,8(мм)

Призначаємо виконавчу товщину стінки відповідно до ГОСТ 19903-74 “Прокат листовий горячекатанный. Сортамент” s = 20 (мм)

Вибір штуцерів

Приєднання трубної арматури до апарату, а також технологічних трубопроводів для підведення і відводу реакційної суміші, пари конденсату виробляється за допомогою штуцерів (мал. 3.3).

Вибираємо розємні фланцеві штуцера з приварним плоским фланцем.

Швидкості руху газів по трубопроводах, що рекомендуються:

для газів під тиском w=15-25 м/с; для рідин w=0,3-0,8 м/с.

Зробимо приблизний розрахунок діаметрів штуцерів.

Діаметр патрубка штуцера для входу рідкої реакційної маси:

d = (4V_сек /3,14*ω)^0,5= (4*33,7/3,14*0,6)^0,5= 84,6 мм;

Приймаємо стандартний діаметр d = 250 мм.

Діаметр патрубка штуцера для виходу реакційної маси:

d = (4V_сек /3,14*ω)^0,5 = (4*36,9/3,14*0,4)^0,5 = 108 мм;

Приймаємо стандартний діаметр d = 250мм.

Діаметр патрубка штуцера для виходу газів

d = (4V_сек /3,14*ω)^0,5 = (4*20,6/3,14*25)^0,5 = 105 мм;

Приймаємо стандартний діаметр d = 150 мм.

Розміри штуцерів приведені в таблиці 1.

Вибір люка апарата

Для з'єднання кришки апарата з обичайкою використовуємо плоский приварний фланець з ущільнючою поверхнею шип-паз. Геометричні розміри фланця приведені в таблиці 3.

Вибір опор

Опори для апаратів не розраховуються, а вибираються стандартні по навантаженню (вага) апарата. Згідно паспортним даним вага апарата в робочому стані Q₁ = 993кН. Виходячи з конструктивних особливостей апарата приймаємо опори – лапи II типу. Геометричні розміри опори представлені в таблиці 3:
