Вправа 1 Поставте речення в питальну та заперечну форму

Запам’ятайте, коли вживаєтьсяthe Present Continuous Tense

1) The Present Continuous Tense вживається для вираження дії, яка відбувається в момент мовлення:

She is standing at the window at the moment. He is watching TV now.

Where is he going? They are not playing tennis now.

2) The Present Continuous Tense вживається для вираження тривалої дії, що відбувається в певний період теперішнього часу, хоча і не обов’язково в момент мовлення. Дія при цьому є тимчасовою:

I’ m looking for a new job these days. She is working hard this week.

They are studying literature this term.

3) The Present Continuous Tense з дієсловами always, constantly, continually вживається для вираження дії яка відбувається занадто часто. Звичайно такі речення виражають роздратування, незадоволення:

I am always meeting Amy when I go shopping.

He is always forgetting to pay the bills.

4) Ми вживаємо The Present Continuous Tense для дій, які вже були заплановані і відбудуться у найближчому майбутньому:

He is moving into his new house next week.

She is flying to London in two hours.

§ 3 Запам’ятайте, що The Present Continuous Tense вживається з наступним обставинами: now, at the moment, at present, these days, still, nowadays, today, tonight;

2) They … (learn) Japanese at the moment. – They are learning Japanese at the moment.

3) … he … (work) on a report right now? – Is he working on a report right now?

4) We … (not/study) now. - We are not studying now.

5) … he … (not / play) football tonight? – Isn’t he playing football tonight?
