THE DT-75M TRACTOR

This tractor is provided with a more powerful engine and higher working speeds. It is used for various agricultural jobs as a single unit with mounted, semi-mounted and trailing hydraulic and nonhydraulic implements. The tractor can perform the plowing of light and heavy soils, presowing cultivation, drilling and harvesting of grain and industrial crops, improving of meadows and pastures, application of fertilizers and transport work. Besides this, it is used on land reclamation and road building with a bulldozer attached.

The tractor is equipped with a hydraulic implement control linkage, a mechanically operated seven-speed gearbox and a rear axle combined in a common housing. The rear axle with its steering mechanisms, ensure reliable steering. The PTO-shaft is driven from the gearbox and is located in the rear of the tractor. To obtain low working speeds a mechanical reducing gearbox is provided on the tractor, so the tractor may be used for potato and beet harvesting.

This universal device can be used both as a tractor and a cultivator. It is supplied with multiple rotary hoe for inter-row cultivation and has the following attachments and implements on request: traditional and reversible plough, one furrow plough, space sleeves for wheels; one-wheel trailer seat (for driver transportation) ballast weights lighting set, free axle and driving wheel loading trailer for handle bar or steering drive, and front mounted cutter bar. Also, there are other implements: spraying and washing pump, irrigation pump, cultivators with rigid or spring-mounted tines, drills and garden trowel, potato lift, hammer mill, snow thrower.

If we have a look at this walking tractor, we can name the following parts:

1. Differential locking device lever: to utilize when one of the wheels has a tendency to skid: indispensable for ridging.

2. Brake control lever, permits two wheel or independent braking.

3. Control lever for the height positioning of the handlebar.

4. Control lever for the lateral position of the handlebar.

5. Accelerator control is positioned for easy control on the handlebar allowing the operator full control without letting go of the handlebar.

6. Gearbox control rod permits easy selection of the various speeds.

7. Control rod for independent P.T.O. at two speeds.

8. Clutch control lever: disconnects wheels and P.T.O. drive.

9. Dry single plate clutch, auctioned by hand lever.

10. Free axle and adjustable wheels.

11. Rotary hoe adjustable in width and depth: permits a perfect tilt in every type of soil and cultivation.

This tractor has the following technical characteristics:

Engine: petrol 13-15 HP; Diesel 10-14 HP.

Starting: rope, electrical on request.

Clutch: dry single plate.

Gearbox: 6 speeds, 4 forward, 2 reverse speeds.

Differential: with locking device on the higher axle- shaft.

Wheels: pneumatic 5.000-12; 5.00-15 adjustable track for loading-trailer version only; metal mm. 545´125.

Brakes: Ribbon type on the wheels, independent or simultaneous by levers on the handlebar.

P.T.O.: 2 of which the upper P.T.O. is synchronized with the gearbox the lower one independent at two speeds.

Steering: by revolving, and adjustable handlebar to 180'.

Control: by rod.

Rotary hoe: from 65, reducible to 55 and 45 cm with adjustable hood.

Weight: with rotary hoe about 220 kg.

All BERTOLINI's walking tractors are equipped with a safety device, which prevents operation of the rotary hoe when the reversed gear is engaged.
