Having failed one of my examsI couldn’t get into University. 14. Having performed its function, the water flows out of the stomas of the leaves and evaporates.

Exercise 6. Translate into English. Follow the above-mentioned models.

Обстоятельственный причастный оборот может вводиться союзами: when, while – когда, if – если, unless – если не, though – хотя, once - когда, раз; until - пока …. не, whenever - когда бы … ни, всякий раз, когда; whether - ли (частица) и др.

Models:

He came across this expression when reading a newspaper.	Он натолкнулся на это выражение, когда читал газету.
When interviewed he refused to answer this question.	Когда у него брали интервью, он отказался отвечать на этот вопрос.
While lecturing the professor used the slides.	Читая лекцию (когда профессор читал лекцию), профессор (он) использовал слайды.
