DISCUSSION / WRITING

 

1. Describe the ways in which business may raise money. If you were a manager which one would you choose? Explain your choice.

 

2. Name the main problems businesses face in your country. Compare them with those mentioned in Text 1. Explain their reasons.

 

3. Speak on legal matters businessmen have to deal with throughout the world and in your jurisdiction.

 

4. List areas of the law you think someone running a business needs to know about. Give your grounds.

 

5. Compare setting up a business under English law and the law of your country.

 

6. Name the most popular businesses in your country. Give reasons for their growth. Exemplify your answer.
