Introducing a listening activity

Doing some activity in the classroom a teacher should be sure that his instructions are clear to his pupils. The classroom instructions given below may come handy for a young teacher. Study them attentively and practise introducing activities of your own.

The following useful language may come handy.

Talk about one or two of the points below with your partner or partners.

Complete the short summary of the article.

Look at the list below of words and expressions from or based on the article. Put a tick next to those which you might use to talk about a lesson you enjoyed, and a cross next to those you might use to refer to a lesson you found difficult. Then compare your answers with a partner. Explain your choice.
