Exercise 7. Translate the following sentences into Russian, paying attention on the verbs in Passive:

He was greatly influenced by other people’s opinions.5. The General Assembly was attended by all the member-states. 6. The summit meeting was followed by a press-conference.7. Exercise 8. Read and translate, paying attention on the following phrases:

the …the – чем …тем; as … as … - такой же как; less … than … - меньше … чем; not so … as … - не такой … как.

The more we study, the more we know. The more we know, the more we forget. The more we forget, the less we know. The less we know, the less we forget. the less we forget, the more we know. So, why study?
