b) What is it based on?

c) What do you particularly like about?

d) Who is the author?

e) What kind of ending does it have?

Exercise 8 How do you choose a book? Do you agree with these points or disagree?

a) I judge a book by its cover. If the cover interesting I buy the book.

b) I read the first page, and if it’s boring, I don’t buy the book.

c) I tend to choose books written by women. Women have a better feeling for characters.

d) I don’t take any risks- I always b read books by authors I know.
