The political conduct of people shows up in different|diverse| forms|shape| including an individual|first-aid| political choice. A political choice is the political preference, confirmed in an action which, in its turn, integrates in itself different|diverse| aspects of political consciousness, in one or another degree|act|. Thus|on this grow|, a preference is|appear| an original bridge between political consciousness and political conduct.

Term paper theme actuality is the research of the political system influence on everybody by means of mass media. Obviously, a political choice (as a decision-making process), means one or another person’s possession of information about electing political character. Possession of information is the most important cognitive component of political consciousness. At the same time it is difficult to dispute the fact that an ordinary citizen can get political information practically nowhere except from mass media. Only limited cirde of people is informed about current affairs taking place given to the very limited in the corridors of power, so to say, "without mediators" (translators).One the one hand, it is rather a widespread opinion that political consciousness and conduct of people substantially depends on the informative field, created by MASS-MEDIA. In this connection, it is appropriate toremember the words said by Y. Dennis who admits, that the "MASS-MEDIA "form" our thoughts, "affect" our opinions and options, "push" slightly us to the certain types of conduct, for example, to the voting for a certain candidate". Other authors consider that MASS-MEDIA influence on the conduct of citizens is carried out by formation of certain public opinion. "Due to possibility to give a mass character to public opinion, the MASS-MEDIA are able to manage and even manipulate them".

Documents, sources and literature review. Thequestions about elections have always been actual, as they have played a greate role in political life. Many scientist and have touched these questions and have tried to find out problems which have been actual up to now. The following scientist and politicals are raising the abovementioned questions at present:
1) Alexander Nel'ma, who in his article: Elections, as an indicator and factor of national integration (Theory of ethnosa. Course of lectures. Kiev, 1997, // The Nova polityka №6 (26), 1999), answers many questions, in which has been interested most of all him above all things, and which can not remain indifferent for all the society. There are the questions about basic conceptual principles of electoral process in Ukraine, national integration, publicity of elections, presidential elections. He replies to the question not only who was eleced to the post of President of Ukraine but also finds out those circumstances, where, who and how he was elected.
2) D. Brayant, S.Tompson. Bases of mass media influences.- M.: Williams, 2004.-425с. The subject of the book is the political propaganda influence, in all its forms. The authers enlighten. the question of concerning the research of person’s behaviour motivation in the electoral process.

3) Zdorovega V. Freedom of deception //Мediа krytyka.- 2004.-№13.-P.18-21.

4) Gabor N. Mass media manipulation |media| as a sign of freedom lack//Мediа krytyka.- 2004.-№13.-P.28-31.

In the article the author exposes the tendency of manipulation and intrusion upon the user|consumer| of informative products|production| on the whole|all in all|, including an elector|voter|.

It is the basis|backing| which forms the legislative base|baseline| of the political system in Ukraine.

Objectives and tasks of the term paper. Plenty and contradiction of different opinions as to the mass media character, and influens degree cause a natural desire to check up experimentally the occurrence presence of the above presented models in a read life and their influence on mass political consciousness. It’s more interesting, to make the proper analysis directly within the framework of electoral moment, when both MASS-MEDIA political information and percepting it by ordinary resident are very specific.

In accordance with it, the purpose of the paper is MASS-MEDIA illumination process study of presidential and parliamentary hustings with. The help of the report content-analysis of the basic Ukrainian and Russian MASS-MEDIA (TV channels, radio stations, printing editions). Content- analysis information is statistics of the leading Ukrainian politicians and political parties (motions) references in Mass media fixing of both the character (" the orientation") of these references (presenting this politician positively, negatively or neutral) and amount of different references to a concrete politician (party) in every separate MASS-MEDIA.

In accordance with it tasks are put to define concrete information sources, enlighting events, related to elections which influenced straight or indirectly on public opinion and ukrainians’ political culture, and of thus affecting the political life in the country.

The paper consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusion and bibliography.

The first chapter is ti the devoted determination and character of political elections in Ukraine, their structure and a legislative base.

The second chapter considers psychological aspect of influence on an elector, including manipulations and also hustings illumination analysis in Ukraine.
