Structural scheme of repair process of flight machines and aviation engines is determined by adopted repair system. So, there are manufacturing and technological repair processes.

Manufacturing repair process is set of workers actions and production facilities needed to carry out repair on specific enterprise of the specific product. Manufacturing process of civil aviation aircraft repair enterprise is characterized by labor product (flight machines, aviation engines, aggregates), by means of labor (equipment, tools, devices), by technological processes and by labor itself. Manufacturing process consist of basic – technological and auxiliary of maintenance. The auxiliary process includes storehouse operations, works connected with receiving and storage of materials, blanks, semis, checking and quality control in laboratories etc.

Technological process determines the profile of aircraft repair company (its specialization) and is the main content of labor outgoings in the production (80 – 85%). Technological repair process is a part of manufacturing process which provides actions according to changing the state of repair subject, namely: preparation of product to repair, determination of its technical conditions, restoration of its efficiency, assemblage, test and product transfer to the customer (fig.1.1).

Technological repair process is divided on structural elements, main of which are: stage, phase and operation.

Stage is a part of technological process which is characterized by completing the work package by workers one or a few professions.

As we see from the structural scheme (fig.1.1), technological repair process of flight machines and aviation engines consist of such main stages:

· receiving of aerotechics to repair;

· dismantling;

· purification;

· technological state determination of aggregates and details;

· acquisition of parts for repair and assembly;

· rehabilitation and construction of new parts to replace the rejected;

· nodal and aggregate assembly;

· general assembly;

· dyeing;

· trial and transfer repaired machinery to the customer or to the warehouse of finished products.

Phase is a part of stage of technological repair process, that means using definite technological methods and equipment, which is carried out by specialists. Technological phase is characterized by unity of technological method, which is used, and by manufacturing field.

Technological repair operation is a part of phase, which include all consistent actions on one working place by one or few workers. Technological operations are divided on installation, transition, pass, acceptance, determination of which are general as in engineering as in aviation design.
