Customs Clearance
Your shipment must to clear through Customs before you can take delivery. In order to clear the shipment you will have to complete a to pack list or inventory and an Australian Customs form B534 which we will supply you with. Please fill it in carefully and completely. Incorrectly to complete, partially completed or unsigned forms will not be accepted for to clear.
If we are collecting your goods in London, please hand over the to complete Customs form and packing list to our driver. If you are having the goods to collect anywhere else outside London by our UK carrier, please mail them to us as soon as possible.
