The practical part
The objective of my course work was the creation of installations for inspection range of acceptable current load of voltage. As a voltage stabilizer I used electromechanical ЕЛІМ СНАП-1500. Its characteristics: The range of input voltage - 150-250 V Rated current - 6A Output voltage - 220 V ± 3% Shape of output voltage - pure sinusoid Surge protection - 246 V ± 4 V Undervoltage protection - 184 V ± 4 V Frequency - 50/60 Hz Efficiency - 98% if 220 V at network
A simplified diagram of the stabilizer shown in the picture. The basis of the scheme is autotransformer, the toroidal core which compensates for input voltage change by increasing or reducing the coefficient of transformation. The control unit A1 and protection serves to control input and output voltage and the formation of the control pulse for DC servomotor which moves the brush in contact autotransformer windings, changing its main characteristics, thereby maintaining the output voltage at 220V. Block A1 monitors critical values of voltage, current and temperature brush and if necessary contact disconnects the load from the network. As the power source used in the laboratory transformer RUCELF LTC-1000. As the instrumentation we use three completely identical multimeter UT55: Its measuring properties: Constant voltage - 200 mV / 2 V / 20 V / 200 V / 1000; ± (0,5% + 1) The variable voltage - 2 V / 20 V / 200 V / 750 V; ± (0,8% + 3) DC - 2 mA / 20 mA / 200 mA / 20A; ± (0,8% + 1) AC - 20 mA / 200 mA / 20A; ± (1% + 3) Impedance - 200 ohm / 2 ohm / 20 com / 200 ohms / 2 MW / 20MOm / 200 MW; ± (0,8% + 1) Frequency - 20kHz; ± (1,5% + 5) Capacity - 2 nF / 20 nF / 200 nF / 2mkF / 20mkF; ± (0,8% + 1) Temperature - -20ºC ~ 1000ºC; ± (1% + 3)
And as sources of load we take three ordinary incandescent bulbs rated at: 1) 50 Watt. 3) 150 Watt.
