Study the following:

Essential aerodrome information is information regarding manoeuvring area and its associated facilities which is necessary to ensure the safe operation of aircraft. Aerodrome information should be passed to aircraft whenever possible prior to start-up or taxi and prior to the commencement of final approach. It includes information regarding the following:

a) construction or maintenance work on, or immediately adjacent to the manoeuvring area;

b) rough or broken surfaces on a runway or a taxiway, whether marked or not;

c) snow or ice on a runway or a taxiway;

d) water on a runway;

e) snow banks or drifts adjacent to a runway or taxiway;

f) other temporary hazards, including parked aircraft and birds on the ground or in the air;

g) failure or irregular operation of part or all of the aerodrome lighting systems;

h) any other pertinent information.

Study the following phraseologies.

Construction work in progress on runway 21, right / left side.	Ведутся строительные работы на ВПП 21 на правой / левой стороне.
Building work in progress next to taxiway 6.	Ведутся строительные работы рядом с рулежной дорожкой 6.
Broken surface at end of runway 14 right.	Разбитая поверхность в конце ВПП 14 правой.
Ice on runway 21 right, braking action poor.	Лед на ВПП 21 правой, сцепление плохое.
Water patches on runway 21 right.	Вода местами на ВПП 21 правой.
Vehicle broken down on runway 21 right.	Поломанное транспортное средство на рулежной дорожке 6.
Taxiway partly covered with shingle.	Рулежная дорожка частично покрыта галькой.
Work in progress ahead north side of taxiway A.	Ведутся работы впереди северной стороны рулежной дорожки А.

Runway 09 condition: available width 32 metres, covered with thin patches of ice, braking action poor, snow up to 30 cm along edges.	Условия на ВПП 09: располагаемая ширина 32 метра, местами покрыта тонким льдом, сцепление плохое, снег до 30 см вдоль краев.
Marked trench right side of taxiway at holding position.	Маркировочная канава с правой стороны дорожки у предварительного старта.
