General objectives and guidelines to SW




The purpose of the CP: the formation of students and skills of independent research, showing interest in learning activities, as well as the reinforcement of knowledge of the students on the customs regulations. This type of work provides for the development of logical thinking, creativity and scientific research in the development of educational material. The main task of the student is to study the concepts, categories, methods, knowledge of reality and disclosure of the relationship between theory and practice. Epistemological basis is the theory of scientific knowledge.

The purpose of assignments is a more detailed study of the subject discipline in perfecting skills and learning and study of selected topics of direct relevance to the program material.

Objectives are to:

- Assist students in choosing methods of work necessary for the assimilation and later to secure the training material;

- In finding shaping the research work;

- In the development of creative and logical thinking in the study of educational material;

- The ability of the teacher provides comprehensive information;

- The ability to combine the rational and irrational, logical and illogical (non-standard), as well as creative thinking in the process of justification;

- To enhance the cognitive activity of students;

- To facilitate the interconnection to the educational and research processes.

Methodical instructions SR.

CP at credit system of education is one of the main forms of training. They contribute to a more lasting learning and retention of the lecture course. This type of training provides the following type of work:

- With the primary sources;

- With textbooks, teaching aids;

- With scientific monographs, with research work.

To implement the kinds of independent work includes the following types of monitoring students' knowledge, oral questioning, written questioning, combined survey, protection and presentation of homework, colloquium, discussion, debates, round tables, etc.

Materials for the SW:

1. Written creative work permit to include students in research work, assumed to hold an independent investigation.

2. The skills acquired in the course of preparation of written creative works in disciplines will help students when writing term papers on special subjects and final qualifying works.

3. Written creative work of students performed as:

 essays on the problematic issues of disciplines or different scientific publications (articles, monographs), individual documents, and also in the form of abstracts (reports) to the TV-essay;

 essay or research (distressed) research articles, review or analytical nature for publication;

 papers and reports on student scientific conferences.

4. Kinda result of independent research (creative) work of the student is the Final qualifying work, in which he demonstrates not only obtained during training knowledge and skills in the professional field, but also the degree of development and mastery of the principles, methods, tools, research work and skills in formulating and presenting ideas correct scientific language.

5. Written creative work must be complete, uniform and complete student teaching and research work, which should be clearly formulated problem, research questions and proved their relevance. The end of each chapter, section, or paragraph should have a logical transition to the next. Work, regardless of the chosen genre, must be written in good scientific language, in compliance with the scientific style of speech, common rules and regulations of the literary language, as well as the main features of scientific speech - the accuracy and uniqueness of the terminology.

6. The theme of writing creative work (essay, problem articles, essays), the student can choose yourself from the list of recommended writing creative works developed by the university.

Summary of Environmental Law should be no more than 3-4 printed pages. The abstract should contain introduction, main part, the final part. In the introduction, you should point to the relevance of the topic, the goals and objectives of your essay, specify what regulations you relied in the study of the topic summary. In the main part you uncover the very topic of the abstract: briefly, indicating their personal research, making a comparative analysis, if possible, with the laws and practices of other legal systems of the world. The final part is the conclusion on the topic. Without fail, you must specify a list of references, highlighting: 1) the regulations; 2) The basic literature; 3) additional literature. Summary defended orally and evaluated according to the set points. Topics abstracts will be provided to you as a teacher in a specified time.

An important part of the implementation of the CP is to solve problems. This helps to perpetuate the theoretical knowledge of students and develops the ability to carry out the qualification of acts. A necessary condition for successful problem solving is a prerequisite to prepare students. It is first necessary to examine the provisions of a regulatory act, relevant to the topic. When solving problems, students must assume that the facts set forth in the tasks involves the establishment and proven. Particular attention should be paid to the solutions of the argument. It is important not just to give a precise answer about the problem, but the detail to substantiate it. We need to rewrite the plot job, then elaborate on the answer. Be sure to specify the name of the article and the relevant regulatory act. Work is assessed according to established scores
