The Goods sold under the present Contract are to be _____ in containers only. Delivery of the Goods from the entry ports to the final _____ is to be effected overland by trucks. III. Translate into Ukrainian the following part of the contract and answer the questions:

4.1. The payment for the Forwarder's services shall be 100% prepaid for the whole transportation. The payment is to be effected by the Customer within 3 (three) banking days from the date of the Forwarder's preliminary invoice.

4.2. The rate is fixed in the Appendixes to the present Contract.

4.3. By signing the given Contract, Customer gives his consent that upon change of railway rate according to decisions by relevant public bodies, this change concerns only this Contract, in case if cargo is not forwarded from originating point. This amendment is immediately brought to Customer’s consent.

4.4. Any costs on banking operations in the Customer’s bank are to be paid by the Customer and costs on banking operations in the Forwarder’s bank and correspondent bank are to be on the Forwarder’s account.

4.5. Expenses specified in article 3.7. of this contract are to be refunded by the Customer within 3 (three) banking days from the date of the Forwarder's invoice.
