Check that the wheel is at rest at each point. If not, readjust the front wheel static balance.

CHECKING THE BRAKE DISC

1. Check:

• brake disc

Damage / galling —( Replace

2. Measure:

• brake disc deflection

Out of specification —( Correct the brake disc deflection or replace the brake disc.

 

	Brake disc deflection limit (maximum)
0,2 mm

3. Measure:

• brake disc thickness

Measure the brake disc thickness at a few diffe- rent locations.

Brake disc thickness limit (minimum) 4,5 mm

Out of specification —( Replace
