I am aged 27, of German nationality, single, bilin­gual German/English and am currently employed as Freight Co-ordinator with Federal Express (Deutschland) in Dusseldorf where I am responsible for freight movements to and from the US and the UK. I have held this post for three years now and would welcome an opportunity to work in Britain. I now have a total of 5 years' work experience in freight forwarding, having completed a 2 1/2-year training course as a freight forwarder with Kuhne & Nagel, Dortmund, where I stayed for a further two years after completing my training period before taking up my current post at Federal Express. Interviews for the post in question are being held in London at the Novotel at Heathrow Airport during the weekend of July 19-20.
